We are now looking for several dedicated and reliable personal assistants for our 40-year-old male client living with the neurological disease ALS. He lives with his partner and 2 children in a house in Löddeköpinge. The job involves providing support in daily life and creating security, participation, and quality of life.

The work is carried out in the client's home and wherever he is located. No lifts are used yet, as the client can move around with the help of a walker and power wheelchair. He communicates verbally on his own.

The whole family is very interested in sports, with football being their greatest passion. We are now looking for several personal assistants who can be a part of the family's daily life and contribute to a safe and active environment.

Examples of tasks include:

• Personal care

• Transfers

• Meals

• Cleaning, laundry, and other daily chores.

• Our client works during the day with strategy and planning, and the personal assistant needs to be involved during these times as well.

• Assistance with daily exercise

• Accompanying on various activities

• No specific education required

• You should preferably be between 18-40 years old, and we welcome men to apply for the job

• Driver's license is desirable but not a requirement

• You must be smoke-free

• You need to be attentive, respectful, and have a professional attitude.

• Employment Type: We are looking for people for both fixed schedules and on-call positions as needed

• Scope: Full-time and part-time

• Working Hours: Both day, evening, night, and weekend

• Start Date: March 1 or by agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and positions may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
